Leather is a natural product and as such will have imperfections. These features enhance the natural beauty and individuality of each piece. Please embrace these variations as something unique to your purchase that nobody else will have. Returns will not be accepted due to natural leather variations.

However, if you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with the following Returns & Exchange policy.
Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to request a “Return Authorisation” – (RA). You may return your item for a store credit or exchange. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and completely unused. All cards must be attached and packaging in its original condition.
Store credits are valid for a period of 6 months – after this time they will expire.
Items delivered within Australia, must be returned within 7 Days of receiving the RA Number and 14 Days for international customers. Returns or exchanges received outside of these times will not be accepted.
All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Rylan will not be held liable for lost or damaged returns. For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to the Rylan warehouse. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records.
The costs of returns or exchanges will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Exchanges are based on availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return your purchase:
Step 1: Contact Rylan Studios at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your item to obtain your “Returns Authorisation” – (RA).
Step 2: Complete the returns form that came with your delivery including the RA number supplied by Rylan Studios.
Step 3: Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box along with all of the returns form. Please ensure you include your original purchase receipt.

Step 5: email Rylan Studios at email@example.com with the return tracking number and shipping details.
Rylan reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted , it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Refunds may only be issued at the discretion of Rylan Studio and only apply to faulty items. In order to apply for a refund you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the goods and follow the returns process above.
On receipt of the returned items, they will be comprehensively reviewed to ensure that the items have not been used and all cards are complete and intact. Once approved Rylan Studios will dispatch your replacement item. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement, you will receive an email notification of a store credit or refund.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date they’re received. Refunds will be issued for the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.
In the unlikely event that there is a production flaw or fault that occurs within 12 months from your date of purchase, please email email@example.com. You will need to supply proof of purchase and detailed information of the fault and any causes of the fault. General wear and tear is not to be considered a fault and only genuine production faults are covered under warranty. If the item has been poorly maintained or mistreated, Rylan reserves the right to decline such warranty claims. In the event that it is deemed by Rylan as a production fault, the item will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product at no charge.
