In order to apply for a refund you must contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods and follow the returns process above.
On receipt of the returned items, they will be comprehensively reviewed to ensure that the items have not been used and all cards are complete and intact. Once approved Rylan will issue you a refund.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date they’re received. Refunds will be issued for the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.
